Refund / Rebooking Policy
Version 1.1 | Effective Date: April 18, 2026
This Refund / Rebooking Policy is part of the California Safe Driver Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference.
By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel your enrollment up to thirty (30) days before your scheduled class date. If you cancel within this window, your payment will be transferred as a credit toward a future class. This credit must be used within one (1) year of the original class date. Unused credits expire and are non-refundable.
To reschedule, log in to your account, navigate to Enrollments, cancel your current enrollment, and re-enroll in a new class.
You may add yourself to a new class up to fourteen (14) days before the new class start date. If the class is within fourteen (14) days, contact our administrative office to check availability.
2. Refund Policy
Tuition is non-refundable except where required by law or where California Safe Driver approves a documented discretionary exception.
Enrollment reserves a limited number of seats, instructor time, materials, and administrative resources. No refunds are generally issued for:
- Missed classes
- Late arrival
- Failure to complete class
- Internet loss
- Failure to follow rules
- Removal for misconduct

- Request submitted within seven (7) business days of the missed class
Examples of circumstances that may be considered:
- Documented illness

Book replacement requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the missed class.
